Seraphine Elam



Public Health Nursing is pleased to introduce Seraphine Elam, MHA, BSN, RN. She recently joined our team of Kewa Public Health Nurses and has a wealth of experience serving as a PHN with Federal and Tribal Programs in Arizona.

PHN Elam is a member of the Navajo Tribe and began her PHN career in 1977. Some of her Public Health Nursing experience includes working with the Arizona State Health Department, Winslow Indian Health Care Center, Keams Canyon Indian Hospital and San Carlos Indian Hospital.

She is married and has 7 grown children, 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. Please join us in welcoming PHN Elam, we are pleased she has joined us in service to the Kewa Community.
